Cancellation Policy

SCHEDULING: All appointments must be booked through this page. A non-refundable deposit of $40 is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your selected service. GRACE PERIOD: A 10 minute grace period is allowed. If you arrive 11-15 minutes late, your service may be shortened to fit the remaining time, but the full price will still apply. If you prefer to receive the full service and I'm able to accommodate it, a $15 late fee will be added. At 15 minutes or more, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and your deposit forfeited. RESCHEDULING Appointments can be rescheduled at least 24hrs before your appointment in order to be able to transfer your deposit to a different date. Cancelled appointment deposits are non-transferable. Every change must be done online through your email or you can message me. REPAIR POLICY Complimentary repairs are offered within 4 days of your appointment if you notify me right away of any issues. After 4 days, repairs will be subject to a standard repair fee. Please note that breakage or lifting caused by lifestyle, accidents, or improper aftercare is not covered under the complimentary repair policy. CANCELLATIONS Cancellations can be done at least 24hrs before scheduled appointment time in order to avoid a 50% charge of the original appointment cost. Last minute cancellations will be charged 50% of the original appointment cost. Deposits are non-refundable. NO SHOWS Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice will result in the loss of your deposit and may affect your ability to book future services. CARD ON FILE A card on file is required in order to book. If a policy has been violated, you will be notified before the card is charged. By booking this appointment, I acknowledge and agree to the Terms and Conditions for both this appointment and any future appointments at Casa Bella Studio LLC. All sales are final. We do not tolerate disrespectful or rude behavior. If you are impolite we will deny service. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime.
